Dan Glover
Dan Glover is co-founder of Deepening Your Effectiveness, Inc. He is an ordained elder in the United Methodist Church and currently serves as lead pastor at Tipp City United Methodist Church in Tipp City, Ohio. He has previously served as lead pastor of four churches in Pennsylvania and Ohio. In addition, Dan is the former Director of Cell Groups at Ginghamsburg Church in Tipp City, Ohio and Discipleship Director at EUM Church in Greenville, Ohio. He has also been a small group trainer for Serendipity House Publishing and a speaker/trainer for Men's Life, a ministry of Church Development Resources publishing.
Dan is a graduate of West Virginia University with a B.S. in horticulture and received his M.Div. from United Theological Seminary. He is the co-author of Deepening Your Effectiveness - Restructuring the Local Church for Life Transformation and has authored a variety of articles and curricula.
Dan and his wife, Kathy, have four grown daughters - Jessie, Becky, Libby and Katie.
Claudia Lavy
Claudia Lavy is co-founder of Deepening Your Effectiveness, Inc. She has an extensive background in both church and marketplace leadership that includes serving as part of the Discipleship Ministry Team at Ginghamsburg Church and Program Coordinator at Tipp City United Methodist Church, both located in Tipp City, Ohio, and Operations Director at EUM Church in Greenville, Ohio.
Claudia's skills in administration, operations and sales have been honed through experiences that range from construction sales management for a large regional homebuilder to ownership of her own custom home construction company. She is also a former Realtor, licensed land title agent and mortgage loan closer. She is co-author of Deepening Your Effectiveness - Restructuring the Local Church for Life Transformation and has authored a variety of articles and curricula.
Claudia and her husband, Keith, have five grown children - Bill, Katie, Alison, Jane and Paul.
