Our mission is to equip mission-minded pastors to become effective, reproducing leaders who transform their congregations into healthy, growing communities of faith that intentionally develop mature disciples of Jesus Christ for the transformation of the world.
We seek to accomplish the mission by providing training through workshops, seminars and published resources; coaching pastors individually and in groups; and providing objective ministry assessments that offer a view of current reality and recommendations for greater effectiveness.
