Our coaching will help pastors identify and achieve their personal and professional goals, build effective discipleship pathways, lead congregational revitalization and move toward greater leadership effectiveness. If you want to move your congregation forward with greater confidence; if you're stuck and unsure of your next step, one-on-one coaching can help you move yourself and your ministry to the next level.

Our individual coaching sessions are typically conducted via Skype. Each session is approximately 1 hour in length with unlimited email access between sessions. The number of sessions needed varies based on the areas for which coaching is sought. While we will schedule coaching for shorter periods of time with less frequent sessions, the greatest benefits are seen when coaching takes place for at least 12 months with sessions every two weeks. Coaching for congregational revitalization typically takes longer.

A site visit to your ministry location is of great value to the coaching process and can be arranged at an additional one-time cost beyond the fee for coaching.
