Transforming Your Leadership & Your Congregation
Revitalization Institute is a 24-month group coaching experience for lead pastors that can transform both your leadership and your congregation. Monthly on-site group coaching sessions provide training in the development of discipleship pathways, leadership skills, team building, staff and ministry leader supervision & development, transitioning change, and more.
Coaching sessions will address:
- Developing core principles
- Developing and communicating vision
- Designing effective leadership structures
- Creating effective strategies for change
- Removing obstacles to ministry
- Identifying leaders
- Supervising staff & ministry leaders
- Designing come & see worship
- Extending authentic, high impact hospitality
- Developing transformational learning opportunities
- Launching & sustaining small groups
- Connecting people with your discipleship pathway
- Launching outreach & mission opportunities
Each pastor will have the opportunity to:
- Begin developing and implementing discipleship pathways for adults, youth and children
- Develop healthy relationships with other lead pastors in a supportive biblical community
- Clarify and reenergize their calling
Also included:
- Seven training workshops for pastors, their staff and ministry leaders
- Site visit to each participant's location
- Unlimited phone and email access
- 1-on-1 sessions as needed to address specific challenges
Pre-requisites:
- A minimum of 8 and maximum of 16 lead pastor participants
- All participants must have previously attended a Deepening Your Effectiveness Foundational Workshop or one can be scheduled for an additional fee as a kick-off event to Revitalization Institute
