The process we use is determined by the ministry being assessed and can include any of the following:
- Unannounced "secret shopper" visits
- Interviews with key ministry leaders and/or staff
- Focus groups
- Demographic review & analysis
Within 30 days of completing a ministry assessment, you will receive a written report that includes observations highlighting both the ministry's strengths and growing edges as well as specific recommendations for your consideration.
